We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM If your order is shipped the same day, we try to ship it the same day. However, we're not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and then delivery of your order may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:
€5.50 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€6.99 for orders within the Netherlands .
€7.99 for orders to Belgium
Free for orders over €80,-
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery service. PostNL . Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Reflection Period and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@hobbygaren.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions!
Custom-made products purchased through this webshop are excluded from returns. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. After successful payment, the sale is final.
