Dispatch
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are done, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order can take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is given on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€5.50 for orders that fit through the letterbox
€7.50 for orders within the Netherlands .
€8.50 for orders to Belgium
Free for orders over €120,-
Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from PostNL . In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
Reflection period and returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.50 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@decodeb.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Exceptions!
Specially made products that you buy via this webshop are excluded from return. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. After successful payment, the sale is final.
